These are questions you must answer in order to develop a plan of action. Be specific and honest concerning your reasons for selling and explain your emotions about each reason. Once you are aware of your thoughts and feelings make sure to rank them in order of importance.

These statements are the beginning of your selling strategy and the foundation for your relationship with your real estate agent, lender and even the buyer. Explaining your reasons and the thoughts surrounding them can alleviate emotional turmoil during the process.

Owning a home is part of the American dream. For a lot of people, the economy in Nevada has turned dreams into nightmares.
